Meet the Team

	Born and raised in Burnaby, Phil has been happily married for the past 27 years and is the proud father of two teenaged boys. Phil entered the real estate business twenty years ago with all the conviction and determination of a champion and has been breaking records and winning awards ever since. Phil’s accomplishments as a leader and trend setter in the real estate industry, as well as his relentless demand for high professional standards has earned him recognition and respect from his fellow agents and customers alike. Prior to starting real estate sales in 1984, Phil was a licensed tradesman and is very familiar with home construction.

	John has been a resident of Coquitlam/Port Moody since 1982 and a licensed realtor in the Tri Cities since 1985. He is the proud father of a son and a daughter, both residents of the Tri Cities. John is one of the original 13 Realtors to open the Re/max Sabre Realty office in 1986. Throughout his 25 year career, John has extensive experience in all areas of residential real estate and has won numerous awards with Re/max. Specializing in new construction and project marketing, John had the opportunity to work as director of sales and marketing for two large waterfront development projects in Mexico over the past 3 years. Upon his return, John could see the trend in real estate marketing was changing to a team concept of highly successful realtors and support staff. The maximum marketing exposure and exceptional service that Team Phil Haig offers their clients caught John’s eye. When Phil learned that John Alty had returned to the area he knew that John’s experience and outstanding dedication would be a perfect addition to the Team. John has always worked well with Sellers, Buyers and Builders being attentive and caring to all of their questions, concerns, and requirements. His strong work ethic, knowledge and professionalism in the industry has earned him respect from both his clients and fellow realtors. 	Ryan has been a successful Realtor since 2005, at RE/MAX Sabre Realty, earning Rookie of the Year Award and other awards in his first year. Ryan specializes in all areas of residential real estate, including new home construction. He has extensive training and exposure to the business through his father, John, a Realtor for 25 years. Ryan has a solid work ethic and prior to real estate he was in retail sales for 6 years with a national grocery chain. Ryan also has a history of volunteer work in the community. He has resided in Coquitlam for just under 30 years. His goal is to continue building his real estate practice with integrity and professionalism, using his knowledge, skills and expertise to attain positive results for his clients.

	Gloria Lueck has been with Team Phil Haig since 1990. Gloria’s cheerful demeanor and dedication are invaluable for the teams before and after sales service. As the Marketing Director, Gloria also oversees the marketing activities of Team Phil Haig.
	Sylvia Cristofoli Listings Coordinator sylvia@teamphilhaig.com
	Sylvia’s strong focus on customer service and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry are essential elements for the position of Listing Coordinator. Her past experience includes 8 years specializing in residential and new construction sales and financing, including 3 years selling resort properties in Mexico. Sylvia brings a “people first” attitude, cheerful disposition and high energy level to the job, working evenings and weekends to provide extended service to the Team and their clients.
	Dave Guglielmini Technical Director dave@teamphilhaig.com
	Dave was born in New Westminster and raised in Coquitlam. Dave and his wife have two children and continue to live in the Tri-Cities. As the Technical Director, Dave's specialties lie in web based technologies, virtual home tours and digital photography. A graduate of BCIT's High Tech Program combined with 9 years experience in the computer industry enable him to optimize the appeal of seller's homes to potential home buyers.
