| Born and raised in Burnaby and now a Tri-City resident since 1990,
Phil has been happily married since 1978 and is the proud father of two young men. Phil
entered the real estate business in 1984 with all the conviction
and determination of a champion and has been breaking records and winning
awards ever since. Phil’s accomplishments as a leader and trend setter
in the real estate industry, as well as his relentless demand for high
professional standards has earned him recognition and respect from his
fellow agents and customers alike. Prior to starting real estate sales,
Phil was a licensed tradesman and is very familiar with home construction. |

John has been a resident of Coquitlam/Port Moody since 1982 and a licensed realtor in the Tri Cities since 1985. He is the proud father of a son and a daughter, both residents of the Tri Cities. John is one of the original 13 Realtors to open the Re/max Sabre Realty office in 1986. Throughout his 25 year career, John has extensive experience in all areas of residential real estate and has won numerous awards with Re/max. Specializing in new construction and project marketing, John had the opportunity to work as director of sales and marketing for two large waterfront development projects in Mexico over the past 3 years.
Upon his return, John could see the trend in real estate marketing was changing to a team concept of highly successful realtors and support staff. The maximum marketing exposure and exceptional service that Team Phil Haig offers their clients caught John’s eye.
When Phil learned that John Alty had returned to the area he knew that John’s experience and outstanding dedication would be a perfect addition to the Team. Ryan is an award winning Realtor who has been with RE/MAX Sabre Realty since 2005 when he earned the “Rookie of the Year” award. He has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for 15 years and is a qualified member of the Executive Club and the Medallion Club, which are prestigious awards given to successful Sales Representatives.
Ryan specializes in all areas of residential real estate, including new home construction. Ryan has a solid work ethic and respect for his clients. Prior to working in real estate, Ryan worked in retail sales, as a department manager with a national grocery chain for 6 years. He also did volunteer work and served on the volunteer board committee at The Evergreen Cultural Centre in Coquitlam. He has resided in Coquitlam for over 30 years.
His goal is to continue to grow his business through dedication to his clients using the integrity and professionalism he is known for and his knowledge, skills and expertise in negotiations. Ryan believes in continuous professional development in order to offer the very best of real estate practices to his clients.

| Leslie has been in working in real estate for the last 9 years. She is highly involved in the listing process such as measuring homes, writing comments, uploading home details and pictures on the Team Phil Haig website, liasing with the real estate board to ensure all elements of the listing are correct, features sheets, window boards and the list goes on. Leslie has experience in marketing, customer service, & all real estate aspects. She is here to help with any questions you may have. |

| Dave was born in New Westminster and raised in Coquitlam. Dave and his wife have two children and continue to live in the Tri-Cities. As the Technical Director, Dave's
specialties lie in web based technologies, virtual home tours and digital photography. A graduate of BCIT's High Tech Program combined with 9 years experience in the computer industry enable him to
optimize the appeal of seller's homes to potential home buyers.
